Overview

Blueprint Solutions Group LLC respects visitor privacy. This website is a company information page that introduces Blueprint, links visitors to product destinations, accepts company inquiries, and may use basic website analytics to understand broad site performance. This policy also covers the text messaging programs Blueprint operates for its products, described in §07. This policy should be updated if the site later adds accounts, purchases, advertising pixels, or other data collection features.

Information we collect

This website does not currently include account creation, payment flows, or newsletter signup. If visitors submit the company inquiry form, Blueprint may receive the information they choose to provide, such as name, email address, company, inquiry type, and message content.

Inquiry handling

If visitors contact Blueprint by form or email, that information should be used to review and respond to the inquiry, route the conversation, and maintain appropriate business records.

Basic website data

This website is hosted by Netlify. As part of normal hosting operations, Netlify processes basic technical information including browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, IP address, and log data. This helps keep the website reliable, secure, and functional. Netlify's privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate page visits, traffic sources, device or browser type, and similar usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. Blueprint uses these insights only to maintain and improve the website — not for advertising pixels, personalized ads, or account tracking. How information is used

Inquiry information may be used to review and respond to messages. Basic technical data may be used to operate the website, maintain security, diagnose errors, understand broad site performance, and improve the visitor experience. Blueprint does not sell personal information collected through this static website.

Text messaging (SMS)

Blueprint Solutions Group LLC operates text messaging programs for the products it runs, including Compartie, its AI phone receptionist for local businesses. Two kinds of message are sent, and both go only to people who already have a relationship with the business that uses the product.

Booking messages. When someone calls a business that uses Compartie and asks to book, the receptionist confirms the caller’s mobile number and asks permission out loud before sending anything: “I can text the booking link and your appointment details to [number]. Message and data rates may apply. You’ll only get messages you ask for, typically one per booking. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Is it okay to text you?” A text is sent only if the caller says yes, and the consent is recorded on the call. There is no website form or keyword sign-up for these messages.

Appointment invitations from a business to its own customers. A business that uses Compartie may text people already in its own customer records — people who gave that business their mobile number directly, when booking or being served in person — inviting them to call and book again. Numbers are never bought, rented, or obtained from any third party, and one business’s customer list is never shared with another. Messages come from the business’s own published phone line, name the business, and carry STOP.

Frequency, rates, and opting out. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions; in most cases messages are limited to those you request, typically one message per call or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. STOP is honored immediately and permanently.

We do not share your mobile information. Blueprint does not sell or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is not shared with anyone for independent marketing use. Message content may be shared with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, solely to deliver them.

Third-party links

The site may link to product websites, including Compartie. Those sites may have their own privacy practices and policies.

Policy updates

Blueprint may update this policy as the website, products, or data practices change. Any updates should be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Blueprint holds about you by emailing privacy@blueprintaigroup.com. Blueprint will respond within 45 days. California residents may also request information about any disclosure of personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Data retention

Inquiry form data is retained for up to two years for business record purposes, after which it is deleted. Server log and technical data is retained in accordance with Netlify's standard retention policy.

Children

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. Blueprint does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
